My Story
I started training at 21 for a personal reason: my grandfather passed away from a heart attack. That hit me hard—and it made me want to get fit not just for myself, but to motivate my parents to avoid the same fate. That’s when fitness stopped being about looks and became about health, longevity, and taking control.
My Approach
My coaching philosophy is simple: do the least amount of action for the most results.
That means I focus on the few exercises and nutrition habits that move the needle fastest—without wasting your time on random workouts, gimmick exercises, or fad nutrition. I use evidence-based training and practical nutrition so you get results that actually last.
How We Work Together
I coach you through an app so everything is organized and easy to follow:
Your training plan (with clear progression)
Nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle
Check-ins, feedback, and adjustments based on your progress
You get structure, accountability, and a plan that evolves as you do.
What You Can Expect
My goal is to help you get your results faster, with less effort, and with a coach who’s not just strategic—but also understanding and empathetic.
Because training shouldn’t feel like a chore. I believe fitness should be fun, sustainable, and something you can enjoy long-term. We’ll build a routine you actually like—and once you experience progress with a simple plan, you’ll realize:
It’s not hard—you just haven’t been shown how to do it properly.
